All products are manufactured according to customer-signed approvals. These approvals include specifications, colours, tolerances, tensile strength, and elongation. The quality assurance system provides the customer with peace of mind, as every process of the product is continuously checked and approved before production is started.

This process involves dissecting the product in the laboratory, where it is confirmed that the raw material in the product is according to specification. Non-conformances are immediately rejected. The quality control of each product is not only allowed to be given approval by one person but is also co-signed for approval to ensure no quality errors are missed in the process.

While the manufacturing process takes place the operator and quality control constantly monitor the quality to ensure the specification is maintained. With high specification products tensile and elongation tests are done at the start of the finishing process to avoid any non-conformances.
